we do not offer refunds once an order has been put though our website. 

You have 24 hours after the item has been delivered to contact myself to tell me if there are any issue, there must be photographed proof, and a detailed description of what is wrong and what has happened. I will then offer a return and to make your cup again if it's not possible to fit your item. If you are still not satisfied I am still unable to give you a refund for your item.
